Ceros Financial Services Announces Partnership Agreement With Forte Capital Group

Ceros Financial Services has partnered with Forte Capital Group, a New York City-based financial advisory firm managing around $1 billion in client assets with 45 registered representatives. The agreement also includes Forte's affiliate, Innovation X Advisors, a prominent late-stage venture capital firm.

2019

Acquired by DGB Holdings, LLC

Acquired by DGB Holdings, LLC, three very senior former Wall Street executives, to expand the firm's offering; Advisors Preferred launched the Kensington Managed Income Fund, the Quantified Pattern Recognition Fund, the Quantified Tactical Fixed Income Fund, the Quantified Evolution Plus Fund, and the Quantified Common Ground Fund.

2016

AtCap Partners, LLC

Expanded AtCap Partners offering to include Corporate RIA.

2015

Advisors Preferred, LLC

Launched the Spectrum Advisors Preferred Fund and the Quantified STF Fund

2014

Established AtCap Partners, LLC

Established AtCap Partners, LLC to provide administration services to hedge funds.

2013

Advisors Preferred, LLC

Launched the OnTrack Core Fund, the Gold Bullion Strategy Fund, the Gold Bullion Strategy Portfolio, the Quantified Managed Income Fund, the Quantified All Cap Equity Fund, the Quantified Market Leaders Fund, the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund, and the Spectrum Low Volatility Fund.

2011

Established Advisors Preferred, LLC

To advise mutual funds and launched first mutual fund, the Hundredfold Select Alternative Fund.

2009

Division spun off through asset purchase

Ceros Holding AG, based in Switzerland, and integration into Ceros Financial Services, Inc., which had been doing brokerage business in the US since 1994.

2002

Established an RFS

A division of Rydex Distributors, Inc., clearing through National Financial Services, to provide execution and custody services to indepdent fee-based and hybrid RIA's, and execution services to mutual funds.

2001

Robotic Ventures

Chris Dewey and Mark Goldwasser worked together to set up Robotic Ventures in 2000-2001. Two of the material investments were iRobot and Z-KAT Inc. iRobot had an initial public offering in 2005.
